Sometimes you may disagree with a decision about your child's special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Disagreements can happen at different stages of the SEND process. The best next step depends on who made the decision and what the disagreement is about.

You may be able to challenge decisions such as:
- refusing to carry out an EHC needs assessment
