This is also the email address for EHC needs assessment enquiries and for sending reports and advice to be used in the EHC needs assessment.
An Assessment EHCCo will look after a child or young person’s EHC needs assessment and draft their EHC plan if a plan is necessary.
Once a child or young person has an EHC plan, it will be looked after by an Annual Review EHCCo or a Post 16 Annual Review EHCCo, depending on the child’s age.
